InfinitIM is a converged communications client for PC, PDA and mobile devices. It leverages the IMS extensions to mobile networks to enable a new generation of advanced communication service. Based on open standards such as SIP and compatible with any standards compliant SIP Server, InfinitIM is highly interoperable with existing SIP soft phones and hard phones.
InfinitIM enables a variety of personal communication mechanisms: Instant Messaging, Voice over IP, Presence Information and Video over IP. Together these elements open the way for the provision of advanced IMS services over next generation networks, facilitating innovation in the area of mobile applications that has previously been impossible.
